Your newspaper advertising and sign and print suppliers are set up in their entirety so that CampaignTRACK manages all communications to them on your behalf. Rate cards can be entered and self-managed through CampaignTRACK so that you never misquote a price again.

Suppliers are given their own accounts to collect orders and artwork which means you no longer need to work with multiple suppliers separately. CampaignTRACK pulls everything together in the one place and manages deadline reminders, order communications and artwork delivery for you.

No Design Skills Required

The most important part of CampaignTRACK however is the ability to create your own property or agency marketing materials (artwork) without the need of a designer. Therefore much of the account set-up process focuses on your template requirements. Our Project Management team is highly skilled in real estate brand management and will work with business owners or a dedicated brand manager to establish your full design needs.

We work with you to understand what level of flexibility or control you want to place over each design element to formulate "brand rules"; these are then translated into templates that maintain consistency and the professionalism of your brand.

A Project Manager will then arrange for a suite of online design templates to be built which in turn are made available to your offices through CampaignTRACK. The beauty of the system’s intuitive workflow is that marketing or advertising templates appear in a logical manner in relation to the items ordered in a campaign. Only templates relevant to those items show up - therefore you will never have to scroll though a list of DL and A5 sized templates like some other systems. When you have chosen to create an A4 brochure A4 files show up, and if you choose a double sided brochure font cover options and back cover options appear in sequence.

Unlike any other system on the market today, the finance officer in the agency can also be given control over the office or agent marketing expenditure without impeding the whole process or slowing it down. One area of feedback we took on board from clients was that they wanted to ensure they knew what all their office marketing costs were and what had been recouped from vendors where applicable.
